Sonnetsmith Acoustic Package: Going out and performing live is a big part of what I love doing. For me you can’t beat the feeling you get when you connect with a live audience. If you would like to book me I am available for any event or occasion such as:

  • Community events
  • Small to medium sized venues
  • Corporate events
  • Christmas parties
  • Charity events
  • Christening parties

With my own instruments, professional Bose PA system and lighting I can create a lovely ambience and entertain you and your guests by playing a collection of acoustic covers ranging from the 50’s to present day or my original material at your request. It is entirely up to you!

The packages I offer:

  1. Two 45 minute sets plus encores
  2. Two one hour sets plus encores

Both packages come with the added service of background music in between my performance.

If required I can bring along some of my talented musical friends who can accompany me. These include a percussionist, additional backing vocalist, bass player and a female singer. This would incur an additional cost to pay for my talented friends to be part of your event.

Hosting /Announcements:

Not everyone is comfortable standing in front of large or small audiences and making announcements like the cutting of the cake, announcing a raffle winner, or hosting events like award ceremonies.

I Sonnetsmith are able and willing to carry out these important duties for you so you can sit back and relax. Please ensure that you request this service if you require it during the booking process and I will happily oblige.

Professional DJ Service:

I can offer an exclusive Female DJ service for your event! These two lovely ladies DJ Spin & PeachyMix can take requests from you and your guests and keep the party going before, inbetween and after my sets. Theses lovely ladies can also make any announcements on the night also.

Motivational Talks/ Group Work

Music is a great way to engage people of all ages, and I have found during my career as a youth worker I have been able to inspire many young adults and teenagers during my group sessions. For example one young gentleman I worked closely with, went on to pick up the guitar, form a band and eventually went to Manchester University to undertake a music degree.

I am available to come in and deliver motivational talks to community groups, youth clubs, secondary schools and small groups you feel would benefit from hearing about my experiences growing up in the care system and how I have managed to make something of myself despite some early life set backs and challenges. Combining twenty years of Youth & Community Work experience and a degree in the same field, I can incorporate a talk with a small music performance, interactive games to engage and stimulate your audience aswell as some humorous, interesting and poignant real life stories.
